He can Speak! We can hear!

We are really doing our best to hear!

We want to please God, serve Him, see the Kingdom of God move forward.

We want to get our signals from Him.

We do NOT want to cook up our own plan, get a stick-on label, and call it God's!

I have the privilege of leading a small home group of 6 members during our International Navigators Meetings. Wency is from Asia, Marvin from the US, Dan from Cameroon, Frank from Germany, Lee from the US, and myself from Canada.

This morning we looked at Isaiah 55. Here are several verses that reflect two big themes from our time:
Isaiah 55:1  "Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.
2  Why spend money on what is not bread, and your labor on what does not satisfy? Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and your soul will delight in the richest of fare.

10  As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,
11  so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

God will speak and indeed is to us now. We are isolating His Promises to us for our work into the future. He is nourishing our hearts. He is directing us. Here are a couple of great prayer requests:

1. Stay in the Bible ourselves, finding God, nourishing our souls, getting others into the Scriptures in effective and productive ways.

2. Bringing Healing where ever we go! To others, ourselves, our neighbourhoods, our homes, our workplaces. People coming to Christ, growing in their faith, their walk with God, agents of Him in our day-to-day lives.

Thanks!
Irv.
